Recruitment Procedure

Deciding on a new role, a new company and a new career are all big steps. We appreciate the importance of the decision you are making. The recruitment process contains a number of steps designed to help both of us make the "best" decision. It helps us determine what you are looking for in an organization, a role, a team and a manager. It also allows us to focus on your competencies and suitability for the role. The process allows you the opportunity to learn a little more about us - what we are looking for in our employees, what it's like working for us and what we can offer.

• CV Selection - based on the formal job profile listed in the description.
• Preliminary Interview - this interview normally last approximately 1 hour.
• In-depth Interview - the second meeting is normally a detailed dialogue, where we match you personal skills & wishes with our expectations.
• Final Stage - usually a final interview with your manager and maybe also an opportunity for you to meet the team you will be working with.
  

Open Positions

PHP Developer

	Educational Qualification: BE / BTech /MCA/ Msc (CS), (IT)
	Experience: 2+ years of working experience PHP & APACHE (LAMP technologies) and MySql
	Skills: PHP, MySQL should have good exposure with LAMP environment

The candidate should have worked in open source solutions should posses high attention to quality. Should be able to design and develop web applications by using PHP, MYSQL& APACHE (LAMP technologies) from start to finish.

Web Designer

	Educational Qualification: Any graduates
	Experience: 2-3 Years in the web designing with a creative flair experience in designing web sites for US clients
	Skills: Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw & CSS Styles

The candidate must have strong experience in web & Graphic designing. Should also have good experience in UI designing, and should have excellent creativity in designing. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken English is a must.

Customer Support Representative

	Educational Qualification: BA /MA English literature / Any graduates with good written English knowledge.
	Experience: Fresher’s / one year experience in any kind of customer support interaction
	Skills: Basic system / Internet knowledge and excellent writing/ typing skill & excellent knowledge in Ms Office mandatory

Giving online support to International customers. It is a Non-voice customer support interaction thru web chat / E-mail, Ability to learn/transfer knowledge in an international environment.

Accountant

	Educational Qualification: B. com / M. com .
	Experience: One year

The candidate should handle the entire accounts & pay role process, Should have minimum one year work experience in Accounts maintenance. Should have hands on experience in pay role maintenance. Should have hands on experience in ESI, PF calculations.

Search Engine Optimizer

	Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech / MCA / Msc (CS) / MS (IT)
	Experience: One year
	Skills: PPC, Link exchange.

The candidates will be responsible for developing search engine optimization techniques and implementations for our corporate portals. Should have strong experience in developing SEO techniques should have implemented SEO sites in the past and be able demonstrate a successful SEO implementation with clearly defined metrics.

Content Writer

	Educational Qualification: BA /MA English literature
	Experience: Minimum Six months experience in content writing
	Skills: Basic system / Internet knowledge and excellent writing/ typing skill & excellent knowledge in Ms Office mandatory.

The candidates will be responsible for writing content for web pages based on search engine as well as user friendly. Should have excellent writing and communication skills, with command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
